KETTERING, Ohio – Senior Cheryl Hong tied for sixth place on Tuesday as the Toledo women's golf team finished fifth at Dayton's Flyer Invitational. The Rockets finished with a team score of 898 and finished just nine strokes out of second place competing on the par-70, 5,937-yard NCR North Course.
Hong registered an eight-over par 218 after carding a four-over par 74 in today's final round. It was the fourth Top 10 finish of her Rocket career.
Senior Macy Hanus shot the Rockets' best round of the day with a one-over par 71 to tie for 14th place at 12-over par 222.
