The University of Toledo and men's basketball coach Tod Kowalczyk have agreed on a contract extension through the 2023-24 season, the school announced Monday.
Kowalczyk has coached the Rockets the past nine years, and his 167 wins are third-best in team history.
Last season, Toledo won its second straight Mid-American Conference West Division championship.
