This offseason Toledo linebacker Dyontae Johnson knew he wanted to get faster.

To accomplish that feat, in addition to a litany of speed drills given to him by the Toledo strength and conditioning staff, Johnson also took up a new hobby: virtual yoga classes.

“That’s a little out of the ordinary for me,” Johnson said. “I've definitely been a stiff athlete my whole life. ... But I feel like yoga is for everybody. It's a better way to connect yourself and with your body.”

While Johnson was maybe stiff on the field in the past, throughout his college career he has always been flexible when it comes to learning and his role on the team.
