TOLEDO, Ohio – The defending Mid-American Conference Champion Toledo men's tennis team will test their strength against defending GLIAC Champion Wayne State Warriors in the Rockets' home opener of 2024 at Shadow Valley Tennis Club on Friday, Feb. 2 at 1:00 p.m.
Friday's match is sponsored by Jersey Mike's and there will be free sandwiches for those fans who attend. UT will also host its annual Kids' Camp at 4:30 p.m. following the match.
"Wayne State is a Division II powerhouse who reached D-II National finals couple years ago," head coach Al Wermer said about this week's opponent.
