TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo men's tennis team will host its second invitational of the fall season this weekend at Shadow Valley Tennis Club. The Everybody vs. Cancer Invitational will feature Toledo, Duquesne, IUPUI, Case Western, Marquette and Denison.
"This is a huge weekend for us that will serve several purposes," head coach Al Wermer said. "The cancer awareness tournament extends meaning beyond the court. Stjepan Sisko will be in town for his Varsity T Hall of Fame induction and will draw some of his former teammates in for support. Beyond that, the tournament is a big warmup for our ITA Regionals next weekend.
