TOLEDO, Ohio – Student-athletes on the Toledo Football team earned a combined 3.121 grade point average last semester, the second highest GPA in program history using a normal grading scale. The 3.121 mark trails only the 3.202 the team earned in the spring of 2023.
In addition, 12 Rockets received diplomas at May's commencement ceremony, while 19 earned Academic All-MAC honors and seven were named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team. Anthony Torres (first team) and Maxen Hook (second team) were named to the CSC Academic All-America Team. It is the second year in a row that Toledo has had two players make Academic All-America and just the third time ever.
