Over the last year, University of Toledo captain Bryce Harris has been replaying the events of Oct. 12, 2019 in his head.
While he was injured at the time Bowling Green topped Toledo 20-7 as 26 1/2-point underdogs, the fact he didn’t play due to injury has arguably made that loss sit worse with him.
“It's really not something that has ever left my mind, I think especially because I didn't get to make an impact on the field,” Harris said. “Just a bunch of mixed emotions, a bunch of feelings of I wish I could have did more, I wish I could have helped the offensive line up front more, off the field just with my leadership.
