Watch list season is still in full swing, and the Toledo Rockets are in the mix.
Punter Bailey Flint was named to the Ray Guy Award and Wuerffel Trophy watch lists.
The Ray Guy Award goes to the nation’s top punter, while the Wuerffel Trophy is awarded to the FBS player that best combines exemplary community service with athletic and academic achievement.
Flint, who was named to the watch list for both awards last season, is entering his fifth season as Toledo’s starting punter. His best year came in 2019 when he was averaging 47.3 yards per punt until a season-ending injury.
