Charlotte, NC – Toledo dropped two games with Charlotte, 12-4 and 9-8, today at Hayes Stadium. The losses drop Toledo to 1-5-1 on the season.
"Our effort today was fine," said head coach Cory Mee. "We're disappointed by the results but we get an opportunity to play tomorrow. We need to pick ourselves up and I believe our guys will be hungry to play tomorrow."
In game one, Ross Achter picked up the loss for the Rockets after throwing 4.1 innings and giving up three earned runs.
