Memphis, Tenn.— The University of Toledo women's volleyball team dropped both of its matches on Friday, falling to Southeast Missouri and Memphis.
Both matches went four sets, with the Rockets winning the second set in each contest. Junior Emma Swope was terrific in the Memphis match, tallying a career-high 20 kills and hitting .326 while recording 10 digs. Senior Zoe Birnbrich had 14 kills against SEMO and 12 against the Tigers, hitting .391 in the latter match. Junior Rhyen Neal added a match-high 17 digs against Southeast Missouri and followed that up with 14 against Memphis.
