BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Toledo women's swimming & diving team won six events, including both relays on the first night of the tri-meet with Buffalo and Bowling Green on Friday night at Cooper Pool.
The Rockets won three straight events, beginning with the 200 medley relay from Faith Sill, Lauren Kilgore, Leah Evans, and Kennedy Lovell. Fifth-year senior Jovana Duric touched first in the 1,000 freestyle for the third time this year, while Janne Slegers followed with a first-place finish in the 100 freestyle for the fourth time this season.
