The University of Toledo football team trails No. 21 Miami 35-21 after three quarters at the Glass Bowl.
Miami opened the scoring when quarterback Malik Rosier rushed in from five yards out to complete a 12-play, 76-yard drive.
Rosier found Jeff Thomas behind the Toledo defense for a 38-yard touchdown pass with 12:27 left in the second quarter to give the Hurricanes a 14-0 lead.
Rosier scored on another rush, this one from two yards out to give Miami a 21-0 edge with 2:56 until halftime.
Toledo did not score until late in the first half when Mitch Guadagni found Diontae Johnson in the end zone for a 7-yard TD.
