ATHENS, Ohio – Toledo registered more scoring opportunities and shots on goal at Ohio on Sunday afternoon but came up on the short end of a 1-0 decision to the Bobcats (7-3-1, 3-0-1 MAC) at Chessa Field.
The Bobcats' Sarina Dirrig netted the game's lone goal at the 69:30 mark when she tapped in the ball following an Ohio corner kick.
The Rockets (7-3-2, 2-2-0 MAC) owned an 11-8 shot advantage as well as a 6-2 cushion in shots on goal. Sophomore topped Toledo with three shots on goal.
