TOLEDO, Ohio - The Toledo baseball team begins its 2017 season with a four-game series at Tennessee Tech from Feb. 17 - Feb. 19 in Cookeville, Tenn. The Rockets will play single games on Friday, Feb. 17 and Sunday, Feb. 19 with a double header scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 18. All games will be played at Bush Stadium at the Averitt Express Baseball Complex.
The Rockets finished last season with a 19-38-1 record and won nine of their last 11 games to make the Mid-American Conference Tournament. UT returns all three of its weekend starting pitchers, its closer and many of the position players from 2016.
