TOLEDO, OH – Toledo completed the sweep of Northern Illinois (19-28, 12-9 MAC) with an 11-2 win on Sunday, May 8 at Ralph McKinzie Field. With the win, the Rockets improve 13-34-1 overall and 8-10 in the Mid-American Conference.
Freshman LF Ross Adolph plated a career-high three RBI during a two-for-two day with one double. Sophomore 1B Dalton Bollinger tied a career-high three RBI with a double and a single. Bollinger crossed the plate twice during the win. Senior 3B John Martillotta and sophomore 2B Matt Hansen drove in two RBI today, while junior DH Jake Krupar plated one RBI.
