Former University of Toledo women’s basketball and Start High School standout Yolanda (Richardson) Swain has been named the interim director of operations for the Rockets, the school announced Monday.
"I'm beyond happy to once again be a part of the Toledo women's basketball program," Swain said in a press released. "To go from being a student-athlete to now being a part of the coaching staff is something I'm very excited about and grateful for."
Swain played for Toledo from 2009 to 2013. She owns the record for career blocks (213) and is also tied for second in games played (136), fourth in overall field-goal percentage (.
