ALLENDALE, Mich. / BOSTON, Mass. – Senior continued her record-breaking season by breaking her own record in the mile with a time of 4:34.59 to place fifth at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational hosted by Boston University. The Bacau, Romania native was the first collegiate runner across the line today and had previously broken the record on Jan. 24 with a time of 4:38.40 at the John Thomas Terrier Classic, also hosted by Boston University. Simiuc's time is a Mid-American Conference best.
