Toledo, Ohio - Seven Toledo women's soccer student-athletes are lined up to compete in the United Women's Soccer League (UWS) this summer. Betsy Lueck, Ashton Cassel, Rachelle Topolewski, Alex Troy, Lexa Bauer, Claire Cahalan and Anita Mancini will represent the Rockets while playing for clubs Detroit Sun FC and Michigan Legends FC.
Lueck, Cassel and Topolewski will compete for Detroit Sun FC while Troy, Bauer, Cahalan and Mancini will play for Michigan Legends FC.
"It is great to have so many of our players competing this summer in the United Women's Soccer League," head coach TJ Buchholz said.
