TOLEDO, Ohio – On a perfect fall night at Paul Hotmer Field, the Toledo women's soccer team (4-9-0, 1-4-0) left no doubt en route to a 6-1 win over Eastern Michigan (3-8-2, 2-3-0) Thursday night. Junior Sophia Lewis recorded a school record three assists in the match, while six different Rockets added a goal to their resumes.
For the Rockets, it was sophomore Anita Mancini who began the scoring onslaught with a goal in the 43rd minute to take both teams into the break. The Rockets never took their foot off the gas, as sophomore Ashton Cassel added a second just :22 seconds into the second half.
