Toledo is trying to avoid its first three-game losing streak since floundering to end the 2019 season. To do so, it must win as an underdog for the first time since September of 2019 when the Rockets beat Brigham Young in the Glass Bowl.
The theme is the same as it's been the entire season: UT's offense has to find consistency. Even amid the outside noise swirling around the team, they're a good offensive line away from being one of the top teams in the Mid-American Conference.
On Saturday, they must beat one of the top teams in the MAC, perhaps the best.
