A lot was learned about Toledo football during the first two weeks of the season.
Plenty more will be revealed Saturday when an underrated Group of Five team visits the Glass Bowl.
San Jose State has won 19 games over the past three seasons and solidified itself as a perennial bowl team in the strong Mountain West Conference. The Spartans have already lost twice this season, but those defeats came to USC and Oregon State, two of the top teams in the Pac-12.
"Looking forward to San Jose State. A very good team," Toledo coach Jason Candle said.
