ORLANDO, Fla. / DES MOINES, Iowa –Senior Yana Khabina ran a season-best time of 1:00.10 on day one of the Knights Invite in Orlando, Fla. on Friday. Khabina's time currently ranks her third in the Mid-American Conference with only two weeks left before the MAC Outdoor Championships on May 7-8.
The Knights Invite was one of two meets in which the Rockets participated on Friday, the other being the Drake Relays in Des Moines, Iowa.
In the women's 200m race, the Rockets set three personal-best times. Junior Rayna Horner finishing 33rd with a time of 25.
