PERRYSBURG, Ohio – The Toledo women's tennis team ended the 2021-22 regular season with a dominating 7-0 sweep vs. I-75 rival Bowling Green on Sunday afternoon. The Rockets picked up their 17th-win of the season, a program record, and move to 17-6 overall with a 7-3 mark in Mid-American Conference play.
Toledo came out hot in doubles play, winning the team point with a pair of 6-3 victories from the No. 1 and No. 3 courts.
The Rockets did not let up in singles play, with five of their six wins coming in two sets. Sophomore won on the top court for her fourth-straight singles win.
