TOLEDO, Ohio – The University of Toledo women's basketball team (8-9, 4-9 MAC) will visit Akron (5-11, 2-11 MAC) for a Saturday afternoon contest at James A. Rhodes Arena. The game is set for a 2:00 p.m. tipoff and will be streamed live on ESPN+.
The Rockets and Zips will be meeting for the second time this year after their Jan. 2 matchup at Savage Arena, a game Toledo won 65-57. Toledo was led by Sophia Wiard (16 points) and Mali Morgan-Elliott (14 points) that game, while Khera Goss added 12 points.
