TOLEDO, Ohio - The University of Toledo heads to Virginia for a two-day tournament hosted by Norfolk State and Hampton Feb. 21-22. The Rockets are scheduled to play four games over the three-day tournament, beginning with a noon game against Radford on Friday in Norfolk, Va.
