The University of Toledo football team leads Ball State 20-10 at halftime at the Glass Bowl.
Jameson Vest kicked a 37-yard field goal to open the second quarter after Toledo recovered a Ball State fumble. That gave the Rockets a 17-0 lead.
Ball State got its first points of the game when quarterback Riley Neal found Corey Lacanaria on a 10-yard touchdown pass, cutting Toledo's lead to 17-7 with 10;40 left in the first half.
Morgan Hagee added a 24-yard field goal for Ball State and the Cardinals cut the UT lead to 17-10 with 5:05 left in the second quarter.
