Allendale, Mich. – The University of Toledo women's track & field team landed in second place at the Grand Valley State Open with 120.5 points. The Rockets' second-place finish was 11.5 points behind meet-winner GVSU and the day was highlighted by senior Nautica Hill setting a personal record in the 60m dash. UT took 12 top-three finishes on the day.
"Today was a pretty good day all around," said head coach Linh Nguyen. "We had a lot of personal bests and MAC qualifying marks. I think the more time we have together after coming back from break, the better we're getting.
