TOLEDO, Ohio –Toledo sits in ninth place on a crowded leaderboard following Monday's first two rounds of the Spring Break Shootout. The tournament is being hosted by Western Kentucky at the par-71, 6,056-yard Lake Jovita Golf & Country Club.
The Rockets shot 31-over par with rounds of 301 and 298 and are just eight strokes out of fifth place.
Sophomore Angel Hii is tied for 13th place and leading Toledo at five-over par 146 (72-74), one stroke in front of junior Amelia Lee. Lee is tied for 18th place at six-over par 147 (74-73).
