TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo women's basketball team will be taking an international trip later this summer when it heads to Greece from August 5-15.
The 11-day trip will feature a pair of games against to-be-determined opponents as well as plenty of sightseeing and other activities.
"I have really enjoyed taking teams internationally to build team chemistry, gain extra practice and game experience, as well as learn about other cultures," head coach Tricia Cullop said. "In the past, we have traveled to Israel, England, Spain, and Italy. With five new players joining our roster and Hannah Noveroske returning, it is the perfect time for us to go.
