TOLEDO, Ohio — The University of Toledo women's golf team will return to action for the first time in nearly three weeks when it travels to Lexington, Ky. to compete in the Bettie Lou Evans Invitational. The Rockets will be participating in the tournament for a second straight year and playing on the University Club of Kentucky's par-72 6,221-yard course on Friday-Sunday, Oct. 5-7.
"The team is very ready to tee it up again, and having seen this course last year certainly helps us with familiarity and knowing what to expect," first-year head coach Jenny Coluccio said.
