Rockets Fall to Musketeers 4-3, snapping four-match winning streak

CINCINNATI, Ohio – The Toledo men's tennis team ended the weekend with a 4-3 loss at Xavier on Sunday at Cincinnati to snap its four-match winning streak. The Rockets won two of its three matches in the past four days, defeating Wayne State on Thursday and Dayton on Saturday.

Toledo made a statement in doubles play, capturing the team point from two 7-6 decision victories from Pawit Sornlaksup and Vlad Meluta at the No. 2 court, and Luis Kleinschnitz with Matias Olivero at the No. 3 court.

Four of the six singles courts ended in three set decisions, but Sornlaksup and Meluta settled their respective courts in two sets.
