Boca Raton, Fla. - The Toledo women's tennis team fell 4-1 to UT Arlington in Boca Raton, Fla. Wednesday afternoon.
The Rockets started out strong in doubles action with wins on the No. 1 and No. 2 courts. Junior /senior defeated Carla Pons/Momoka Horiguchi 6-4, and senior /freshman defeated Nanaka Takeuchi/Lucia Natal 6-1.
In singles play, Rodrigues was tied at 5-5 with her opponent in her second set and Leenabanchong was ahead 5-3 in her second before the match was called due to UTA victories on the No. 2, 3, 4 and 6 courts.
