Boca Raton, Fla. - The Toledo women's tennis team fell to Charlotte 4-0 in Boca Raton, Fla. on Tuesday. The match was played in a clinch format.
The Rockets had a rocky start, dropping the doubles point early.
In singles action senior and freshman were in their third sets in when Charlotte clinched the match. Senior won her first set and was trailing 5-2 in the second before the match was called.
"The only thing I was disappointed with today was the doubles. We battled like crazy in singles, and because we played to clinch, we didn't get to finish those matches," said head coach .
