Muncie, Ind. - The University of Toledo women's track and field team finished the final day of competition at the Mid-American Conference Championships in Muncie, Ind. on Saturday with 13 podium finishes and four medalists. The Rockets landed in 10th place overall after racking up 49 points.
Head coach Linh Nguyen said he was looking for a higher team finish.
"I think we had some solid performances. Just a few things went wrong and we had some hard luck that hurt us a little bit overall," said Nguyen. "We were looking for a much better team result here.
