TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo men's tennis team swept another Mid-American Conference opponent on Sunday with a 7-0 triumph over Binghamton at Shadow Valley Tennis Club. The win marks the Rockets' third straight win overall and sixth-straight home victory this season.
The Rockets were aided by forfeit from the Bearcats on the No. 3 doubles court, so all it needed was the 6-3 win by and on the No. 2 court to secure the doubles point for the Rockets. and were up 5-3 on Court #1 when doubles play was halted.
Binghamton also had to forfeit the bottom two singles courts, giving Toledo a 3-0 match lead heading into singles competition.
