TOLEDO, Ohio — Pat Bastien and Corey Parker have been hired as assistant football coaches at the University of Toledo, Head Coach Jason Candle announced today. Bastien will coach the linebackers, while Parker will handle the cornerbacks.
Bastien, comes from Western Kentucky University, where he was the linebackers coach in 2021. He has also held assistant coaching positions at Georgia Southern (2016-17), Southern (2018), Georgia (2018-19), Marshall (2020) and Western Kentucky (2021). He was named to 247 Sports' "30Under30" rising star list in 2017.
