GENEVA, Ohio — The Toledo women's track and field team sent athletes to Kent State and to the SPIRE Division I Invitational this weekend. By all accounts, it was a successful two days of competition with MAC Indoor Championships just a couple weeks away.
"Katie used this weekend to continue her great season," head coach Linh Nguyen said. "Some of our younger runners ran strong with some personal best times, highlighted by Riley in the 3K. We're just two weeks away from MAC Championships now and we have some athletes in a good position, but there are still some who could use some improvement.
