University of Toledo distance runner Janelle Noe and assistant coach Samantha Bluske are set to run in the USA Track and Field Championships in Des Moines, Iowa.
Noe will run in the first round of the 1,500 meters on Thursday at 4:35 p.m. while Bluske will run in the 10K final Thursday at 8 p.m.
Noe is coming off of an 11th place finish in the 1500 at the NCAA Outdoor Championships when she finished in 4:20.37 after running a 4:10.83 in the NCAA preliminary heat. She earned second-team All America honors.
Noe has received a waiver from the NCAA that will allow her to come back for another season at UT, where she will be eligible to compete in indoor and outdoor track.
