CLEVELAND, OH – Sophomore libero Maurissa Leonard has been named to the 2016 All-Mid-American Conference Honorable Mention Team, the league office announced on Wednesday.
Leonard has anchored the Rockets' backcourt all season and has started in 27-28 matches. She finished the regular season with 4.91 dps, which ranks her first all-time in digs per set for a season in Toledo history and third in the 2016 MAC standings. Leonard also currently sits second all-time at Toledo for most season digs with 545. She has topped the team with double-digit digs in every contest and tied her career-high of 32 digs vs.
