Toledo, Ohio – University of Toledo senior Marreon Jackson has been named to the Lou Henson All-America Team and a finalist for the Lou Henson Award. Jackson is the fourth Rocket to be named to the Lou Henson squad, joining former standouts Julius Brown (2014, 2015), Nathan Boothe (2016) and Tre'Shaun Fletcher (2018).
Jackson became the second Rocket in the last four years to earn Mid-American Conference Player of the Year this past season in addition to being a first-team All-MAC selection. The Cleveland, Ohio native was instrumental in Toledo posting a 21-9 record and capturing a MAC championship crown with a 15-4 league win-loss mark.
