Marreon Jackson a finalist for Lou Henson Award

Toledo’s Marreon Jackson has been named to the Lou Henson All-America team and a finalist for the Lou Henson Award.

The award is presented annually to the nation's top NCAA Division I mid-major player and will be announced April 2.

Jackson is the fourth Rocket to be named to the Lou Henson All-America team, joining Julius Brown (2014, 2015), Nathan Boothe (2016), and Tre'Shaun Fletcher (2018).

The senior point guard was named the Mid-American Conference player of the year, averaging 18.1 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 5.9 assists per game, helping lead Toledo to a MAC championship.
