With a showdown looming between the top two teams in the conference and a long break between games for some teams, there was no movement in the Mid-American Conference West division power rankings this week. Without further ado:
1. Toledo (Last week: 1) — The Rockets went on the road to Ball State last week and took care of business in a 58-17 win as they racked up 602 yards of total offense. Toledo will welcome fellow conference unbeaten Northern Illinois to the Glass Bowl on Thursday.
2. Northern Illinois (Last week: 2) — The Huskies had to come back to force overtime and got the job done in a 30-27 OT win over Eastern Michigan last Thursday.
