The University of Toledo will be introducing new football coach and Maumee native Mike Jacobs Friday at 11 a.m. inside Savage Arena.
Jacobs, 46, led Mercer to a 20-6 record (15-1 Southern Conference) and two trips to the NCAA FCS playoffs over the past two seasons. He takes over for Jason Candle, who recently left to coach UConn.
