Knapke's Blocks School-Record 10 Shots in Rockets' 80-65 Win

CLEVELAND, Ohio – Senior record-breaking night on Wednesday evening spurred Toledo to a convincing 80-65 victory at Cleveland State in non-conference men's basketball action at the Wolstein Center.

Knapke registered a triple double against the Vikings as he tallied 12 points, a team-high 12 rebounds and a career-best 10 blocked shots. Knapke's 10 rejections tied the Rockets' school mark held by J.C. Harris, and he now has 162 career blocks to surpass Nathan Boothe's record of 155.

"Luke really controlled the paint for us tonight and altered several more shots," Head Coach said. "This is a great reward for all the hard work he has put in towards becoming one of the best players in the Mid-American Conference.
