TOLEDO, Ohio – Junior running back Jacquez Stuart has been named to the Paul Hornung Award Honor Roll, the Louisville Sports Commission announced Tuesday.
Stuart was one of XX players to receive the award this week after his terrific performance against Northern Illinois on Saturday. He recorded 198 all-purpose yards in the 35-33 win, helping lift the Rockets to their fourth straight victory. Stuart was also named MAC West Special Teams Player of the Week for his efforts returning kicks, as he totaled 119 kick return yards and had a long return of 48 yards.
