The introduction of seniors and their families is usually reserved for pregame. But Toledo’s quartet of seniors knew the emotions would be too much to handle just minutes before a must-win game against Kent State, perhaps giving the Golden Flashes an advantage.
Cullop agreed and granted their wish.
“I was glad because I think everybody in the building is emotional because they’ve meant so much to our program,” Cullop said.
