u25a0 What happened: Toledo wanted to start fast, and it did.
The Rockets scored two touchdowns in the first five minutes to build a 14-0 lead. UT recovered a fumble on the second play of the game, and on Western Kentucky’s second possession, Emmanuel McNeil-Warren had a pick-six on the third play.
After Western Kentucky made it 14-7, the Rockets dialed up a nine-play, 75-yard touchdown drive, punching it into the end zone on a 10-yard pass from Tucker Gleason to Chip Trayanum.
