OXFORD, Ohio — The state of Ohio is the capital of college football this week, with a top-10 showdown between Ohio State and Penn State and the Mid-American Conference game of the year in Oxford pitting Toledo against Miami.
The MAC rarely gets this late in the season with a matchup of two one-loss teams. And for the Rockets and RedHawks, it could be a preview of the MAC championship game.
“We have to hit the road this week and play a good Miami team,” UT coach Jason Candle said. “They’re getting good quarterback play from their starter who's a veteran guy.
