TOLEDO, Ohio – The University of Toledo women's track & field team placed 14 student-athletes on the 2021-22 Indoor Track & Field Academic All-MAC Team, the conference office announced Tuesday.
Sophomore led the team with a 4.00 GPA and is majoring in communications. Among the 14 honorees, junior (3.903), graduate student (3.788), senior (3.329), sophomore (3.555), and juniors Emily (3.941) and (3.939) also earned Academic All-MAC honors in cross country.
The Academic All-MAC honor is for a student-athlete who has excelled on the field of competition and in the classroom. to qualify, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.
