BUFFALO, N.Y. – The Toledo swimming and diving team enjoyed a stellar performance on day three of the 2020 Mid-American Conference Championships finishing with four individual podium spots. Junior Izzy Jones paced the Rockets yet again with a silver medal finish in the 200 freestyle.
Interim head coach Brie Globig was pleased with the Rockets' overall performance, which saw them sitting in fifth place with 206 points three days through the four-day meet.
"We had an amazing day today," Globig said. "Izzy's performance in the 200 free was great to see, and to have her and Kennedy in the A-finals was great.
